Our delivery policy
We will deliver goods as soon as possible. An estimated delivery date will be provided on the checkout pages. For in-stock items, this may be as soon as the next day; for out-of-stock items, it may take a few days longer.
Local deliveries are available for customers based within a 10-mile radius of our store in Hayes, West London (UB3 1DS), with free delivery for orders over £100 ex VAT.
Courier deliveries are available to the rest of the UK, excluding Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, the Isle of Wight, Llandudno (Wales) and the Scottish Highlands. Free standard delivery for orders over £250 ex VAT (note that for some products, an additional delivery surcharge may apply).
